This is a full-time opening. This position will cover the Physical Therapy needs of the residents for two long-term-care facilities located in Markleysburg. These building are only 1.5 miles from each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Physical Therapist (PT), your primary responsibility is the improvement of resident functionality through therapy.
Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for residents
Continued support of goal achievement
Helping patients in their restoration of wellness and independence
Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence
Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the patient's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans
The application of various therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals

REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
Long-term care experience preferred
CPR Certification required
