Position Overview STI-TEC is seeking Deputy Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Cybersecurity Division. Essential Job Function Shall integrate and coordinate all activities needed to include the timeliness, completeness and quality of problem identification, corrective action plans, timely identification of issues, effective/responsive management of Subcontractors, customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior of personnel
Shall coordinate and host a kickoff meeting
Shall record the minutes and action items from the kickoff meeting and deliver to CISA
Shall develop and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) program to ensure services are performed
Shall participate in monthly Program Management Review (PMR) meetings
Shall prepare and deliver a Monthly Status Report (MSR)
Shall maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP), including an organizational chart
Shall provide inputs on program-level management reviews and provide them to DHS management as needed
Shall provide a plan to transition both administratively and operationally
Shall provide support with transition planning and the execution activities related to the transition of the contract
Shall provide transition support that requires the transition of technical activities and frequent interaction with CISA stakeholder technical staff
Shall develop, document, and monitor the execution of a transition-out plan that may be used to transition related tasks and materials Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience managing programs
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
