Overview:
Remote / Hybrid Schedule Job Opportunity from Chesterbrook, PA
Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with JG Wentworth's marketing objectives and business goals.
Manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Allocate and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Identify and implement regular optimizations across account structure, targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performance data regularly to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights based on data analysis, recommending strategies for continued improvement.
Monitor and forecast paid social spending, ensuring alignment with budget goals and targets.
Creative Strategy
Develop and implement effective creative strategies that align with JG Wentworth's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee the creation of compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
Conduct multivariate testing to optimize creative elements and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal and external creative team to ensure that all creative assets are aligned with the overall paid social strategy
Collaboration and Thought Leadership:
Work closely with internal teams, including creative, product, growth, and sales, to ensure paid social strategies align with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid social professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in paid social media, with a proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns.
Experience in managing campaigns focused on lead generation within industries with offline sales components.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret nuanced data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Demonstrated experience with modern bidding strategies and targeting methods on Meta and TikTok.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Up-to-date knowledge of paid social media industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI for data analysis.
Experience with using and tailoring custom audiences and lookalike audiences for targeted advertising.
Experience scaling performance campaigns on emerging social media platforms beyond Meta and TikTok.
Experience in regulated industries with restrictions on first-party audience use, such as financial services or healthcare.

Range of total compensation- $75,000- $175,000 per year
