Director, Affiliates and Partnerships Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our affiliates & partners. The Affiliate Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of affiliates, develop & integrate new partners, and analyze and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
Scale the affiliate program by growing existing relationships and discovering new partnership opportunities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network
Manage partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners
Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business objectives and targets are met
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining a positive brand image.
Monitor and analyze performance daily, as well as provide weekly business updates
Work cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to launch new partners
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of affiliate management experience is required
Experience with lead gen or affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, Cake, Boberdoo, etc.)
Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with lead generation and the debt relief industry is a plus
Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing strategies.

Range of total compensation- $75,000 to $150,000 per year
