Job description

The seller shall provide up to 10,000 hours to support the main objective listed in the technical summary. The contract baseline will be 2,000 hours (11/1/24 - 10/31/25) from the start of the contract with four option years. Main objective: The Seller shall provide technology services support for to the following areas: Maintenance support for the Enterprise Business System (EBS)-Procurement application, specifically to the EBS-Procurement modules. Maintenance and enhancement support (which may include software development support) for the Enterprise Performance Management-Budget Planning and Reporting (EPM-BPR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications (see Appendix 1) and also provide technical support for future migration projects to cloud solutions. Assist with data modeling, data architecture and building analytical reports and dashboards using tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, and Power BI. 1. U.S Department of Energy (DOE) "L" Access Authorizations are required for all Seller personnel who will perform work. 1. Services shall be provided primarily onsite in West Mifflin, PA and the facility in Monroeville, PA. Certain work scopes may be conducted offsite (e.g., work on client cloud solutions, research for future cloud migration solutions). When offsite is requested to be performed, an offsite work proposal form will be completed and approved by the Buyer. Typical work scope could be one of the following: Software maintenance services which would include the interfaces that are associated with the software and systems and data clean up. Knowledge engagement in subject matters relating to the Buyer's software and system needs which includes reporting analytics needs. Providing software integration and advisory services to implement or upgrade software and applications. Providing software integration and advisory services in developing reports in a Business Intelligence application that could be connected to a data warehouse or an operations database. Providing software development and advisory service to assist in migrating applications to the cloud. Providing application development services to implement new applications and perform development services for maintenance items associated with current applications. Working with the Buyer to plan for support that may be required during critical business periods. List of EPM-BPR and ERP Business Systems Applications: 1.
