We have an opening for a LPN position located in Wilkes Barre, PA.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate and assess patient's health care needs based on patient's signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines.
• Obtain appropriate input and direction from the provider, as needed, to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care.
• Accurately document symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response in EMR. Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as improve health care outcomes of patients/callers and their access to appropriate health.

Qualified candidates will have experience as a Registered Nurse, a degree from an accredited nursing program, a current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse and CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical facility, preferably in an OB/GYN setting. Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eClinicalWorks are beneficial.
