Job description

Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Technician. The ideal candidate will have an AS or BA degree, a strong technical manufacturing background, and proficiency in managing large datasets. In this role, you will support project managers by working with data to create project schedules and maintaining accurate documentation in our document control system. Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize large amounts of data using Excel and Word.

Assist project managers by working with data to create and update project schedules.

Maintain and update project documentation in the document control system.

Ensure that all technical documents are properly stored and easily accessible.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure that project data is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Associate's (AS) or Bachelor's (BA) degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Strong background in technical manufacturing.

Proficiency in Excel and Word for data management.

Experience working with document control systems.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with project scheduling tools or software.

Experience in document control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
