As a Security Tech professional, you will communicate effectively both, verbally and in written form as you perform your daily duties. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products as you maintain your security duties. What You Will Do Maintain Visitor Access Control, Personnel Security, and Security Education and training records.
Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings.
Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections.
Responsibilities will include security administration and performance of security tasks to support program operations
Maintain cCure 9000 Badge Access Control System
Updates computer databases with vital security information.
Implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires an AA/AS degree in related field(or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Working knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs.
Working knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements.
Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.
Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.
The candidate should be effective at prioritizing customer/management requests with an attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage tasks, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.
Exceptional customer relationship skills, ensuring communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
