The Fidelity Workplace Marketing organization architects B2B social and paid media strategies, events, digital content and web experiences to drive new client acquisition and help deepen relationships with current clients, advisors and intermediaries that support our business objectives.

As a top provider of Workplace benefits programs, including 401(k) retirement plans, employee stock ownership plans, student debt repayment offerings, Health Savings Accounts, benefits administration, and more—our ideal candidate will ensure that media and events related to these programs are planned, promoted and presented for highest impact.

We are looking for someone who is creative in problem solving as much as their copywriting; an individual with the organizational and procedural skills to help the team implement outstanding activations from conceptualization to launch.

The Expertise We re Looking For

  • Capable of multi-tasking across multiple initiatives and campaigns
  • Experience building process flows and content calendars
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement
  • Creative chops experience developing a creative brief, occasionally draft copy, and translating campaign “vision” to our agency partners
  • Passion for owning outcomes and working across multiple teams
  • Adept at helping in the preparation of marketing presentations to Senior Leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Service Industry and/or B2B marketing preferred


The Purpose of Your Role

This is a critical role to the Workplace Employer Marketing Acquisition and Channel Marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, Channel + Content Marketing, you will:

  • Collaborate across the Employer Marketing B2B team supporting the LinkedIn social and paid media strategy, web-based and in-person events, and digital content programs, driving the execution, and helping to optimize outcomes.
  • Support the execution of our industry leading web-based events and signature in-person events
  • Thread the needle of connecting the data across all these executions to better support our acquisition efforts and our clients

  • Supporting the design of enticing, effortless and memorable customer experiences and favorable interactions with Fidelity
  • Outstanding time management and experience planning, managing, and completing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Easily adaptable to a changing environment


The Value You Deliver

  • Clear understanding of our marketing and business strategy and how to translate it into our channel activations
  • Crafting timelines, coordinating planning meetings, and working closely with business partners (i.e. sales, relationship management, product, marketing) to drive toward results, and keeping partners in the loop.
  • Assisting senior management and colleagues regarding channel strategy, objectives and program goals; making recommendations to achieve maximum impact for minimal spend.
  • Collaborating with the marketing, communications and product groups to ensure appropriateness of branding, including presentation content.
  • Crafting engaging relevant customer experiences that resonate with the target audience and achieves key business objectives for internal and external audiences, including new and existing clients.
  • Developing success measures and evaluate performance against objectives, recommending areas for improvement
