The Role

Are you creative and innovative? Then join our dynamic team as Talent Sourcing Partner, Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing! The Sourcing Partner is a key member of our TA organization. As a Sourcing Partner, you will use your passion, curiosity, and creative skills to identify, engage and attract top talent utilizing industry-standard tools, market research, and social media channels. You will be an ambassador for Fidelity while sourcing, screening, and presenting, qualified external talent to leaders across Fidelity. • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, engage and nurture exceptional passive talent.
• Possess an understanding of market trends and the competitor landscape to draw insights from market data.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders, stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, develop candidate pipelines and support our dedication to building versatile diverse teams.
• Proactively diversify pipeline of candidates to ensure inclusivity and alignment with DEI goals.
• Act as an evangelist for Fidelity when developing and maintaining positive relationships with external talent; providing frequent and timely updates, understanding their motivation, keeping them excited about Fidelity and engaged in the process.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 5+ years' direct candidate sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency setting with extensive knowledge of various sourcing methods using industry-standard tools - experience working in Workday is advantageous.
• A consultative approach with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers, as well as Talent Acquisition Partners
• A curious spirit with strong research and networking abilities to identify and engage with top talent across various industries.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously, while proactively building talent pipelines.
• Solid Understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools
• Sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels across our organization.

The Team

Fidelity's Strategic Sourcing team is passionate about identifying outstanding, passive external talent. We provide dedicated sourcing support across the Fidelity enterprise by using a variety of tools, resources, and platforms to understand the external competitive marketplace and to identify and attract top talent.
