Role

Job Overview: You will be a key member of the Healthcare Services and Technologies department, working with a team to ensure that the company's services meet quality standards in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the department's services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.

You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements; Deal with complaints, update medical registries, systems, and healthcare strategies as well as provide reports about the efficacy of the company's current offers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Using a number of computer applications to gather and analyze patient data in order to improve patient care and minimize costs.
• Designing and managing information systems to ensure that they meet all medical and legal standards.
• Maintain confidentiality standards and adhere to security standards to keep patient information safe.
• Recording data in computer systems to ensure that it can easily be indexed and cross-referenced and verifying that data entry of medical records is accurate and complete in all computer systems.
• Assigning clinical codes for reimbursement from insurance companies.

Profile Requirements
• Fluency in English is a must; previous professional anglophone experience is a plus.
• At least a bachelor's degree in health information or any relevant discipline is necessary.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a health information technician or a similar role.
• Excellent research, coding, and analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of computers and information systems.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
