Job description
We are seeking a Red Team Operator - Mid Level to join our growing team. This role resides in our Delivery team and reports to theProgram Manager. This position is located on a customer site in Charleston, SC. SIXGEN supports cyber and intelligence missions by serving government and commercial organizations as they overcome global cybersecurity challenges. We are looking for someone to work primarily on system design, development, and overall system architecture. Engineers focus on creating systems from the ground up and ensuring they function as intended, often involved in improving or creating new systems. Required Skills and Experience: Must be a US Citizen. High School diploma OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, OSED, OSEP, OSWP, OSWE, HTP CPTS, HTP CBBH, CRTO, CRTL, PNPT, GIAC, GRTP, GS-PT, GXPN (must obtain within 1 year). Have at least 3-14yrs of experience. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph. Design and develop computer systems. Implement and manage complex networks. Perform penetration testing and ensure system security. Handle specific technical tasks, such as software development or hardware integration. Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science. Certifications such asOSCP, OSCE, or other Offensive Security certifications. The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 -$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our compensation philosophy, which takes into account various factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, LCATs rates and position level, and market competitiveness. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation to include our growth incentive program, incentives and benefits. The final salary offer will be determined after a thorough review of the candidate's background and alignment with the role.
