Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
Current Professional Logistics Certification - i.e., DAWIA Level 2, or have equivalent logistics training, or possess an additional three (3) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics
Ten (10) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support (or 13 years if not DAWIA Level 2 certified) of electronic systems, to include logistics management, principles, practices, and processes
Demonstrated knowledge in the following skillsets:Analyzing System Design Specifications
Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data
Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures
Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines
Desired Skills:
Fifteen (15) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support
Ten (10) years of experience in support of C4ISR systems
CMPro experience
Description:
Originating supportability concepts/plans and integrating them with system specifications and program requirements
Identifying needs for automated logistics support analysis databases
Coordinating with company and customer to establish appropriate automated database applications
Establishing innovative, responsive program supportability concepts using maximum integration of logistics technical disciplines
Identifying contractor, subcontractor, and government supportability roles and responsibilities
Advising senior management of value of supportability activities to acquisition process with emphasis on value of contractor support for fielded systems
Analyzing program designs to determine support equipment needed to operate and maintain systems
Identifying support equipment that best satisfies program requirements at lowest life cycle costs
Determining need for supportability trade-off studies
Leading team to conducting studies to determine best support concepts within cost parameters
Identifying potential issues/risks and initiating resolution process to ensure system supportability
Originating and developing concepts to deploy and activate systems at field locations on time and within budget constraints

Clearance Information:
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

0-25% CONUS required travel
