Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide expert analytic support through the authoring and critical review of adversary airpower related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to 9 AF (USAFCENT) plans and/or operations, or USAF and ally aircrew training. These products may include, but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, and items of interest, collection requirements, production requirements, RFI answers, and staff summary packages for general officers, CAOC/9 AF (USAFCENT) staff and ISR support. Provide critical oversight of training on predictive and forensic analysis of S2S/WMD programs throughout the Middle East. Expertise shall center on Theater Ballistic Missile (TBM), Cruise Missiles, Long Range Rockets (LRRs), Space Launch and WMD programs; sub-categories include operational command and control; battle management; S2S and WMD system and subsystem capabilities, inventory, and disposition; tactics, techniques, and procedures; denial and deception. Provide expert analytic support to 9AF (AFCENT) planning by authoring and reviewing prioritized intelligence, collection, and production requirements, intelligence estimates, and annexes and appendices. Member will serve as the adversary Airpower authority on 9AF (AFCENT)'s Red Team, during war-gaming and exercises, and in support of 9AF (AFCENT)'s adaptive planning processes. As directed, leverage all formal and informal analytic exchanges, as well as training opportunities, to foster peer-to-peer collaboration, ensure thorough vetting of products, and deliberately pursue/maintain acuity on essential elements of tradecraft. Maintain coordination/collaboration, critical to mission success, with the National Command Authority; National, International, and Service Intelligence Centers; Combatant Commands, Air Components, and Wing Intelligence. Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support. One, some, or all of the following may be required, and this list should not be considered definitive: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), JSTO, Limited Distribution Geospatial Intelligence reporting, Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence reporting. The following is required: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and access to Special Access Programs (SAP) information. 4.5.1.8 Serve as TBM subject matter expert and advisor to ACC and 51st Intelligence Squadron, providing analytic oversight and quality control to training, daily operations, and production of Threat to Air Operations (TTAO). TTAO products support the USAF's Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Manual 3-1, directing impacting how the USAF "trains to fight". Education, Requirements and Qualifications Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility. Bachelor's degree or six (6) years' USAF Four (4) years' comparable Formal Intelligence Analysis Experience briefing/analyzing adversary surface-to-surface missile Experience briefing/analyzing weapons of mass Working knowledge of USCENTCOM AOR, political/military threats, understanding of violent extremist organizations, terrorist organizations; working knowledge of intelligence analysis and TTPs. Advanced Analytic training. Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development Unit level experience working with aircrew Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Job may require the employee to be: Be able to travel to CJOA and/or within CONUS to provide/receive training.
Able to ascend/descend stairs as required. Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
