How you make a difference:
The Resident Scheduler plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the scheduling of the resident workforce in the therapeutic work program, ensuring that schedules are prepared, maintained, and revised as necessary for accurate record-keeping by position and shift assignment. This position involves close collaboration with the Director of Social Services to ensure the smooth operation of resident schedules. Additionally, the Resident Scheduler takes on the responsibility of managing the overall resident work program, making this role integral to the efficient functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the resident work program, including posting work vacancies, reviewing applications, and handling all associated paperwork.
Schedule residents for mandatory training and prepare both weekly and monthly work schedules.
Thoroughly review and approve resident timesheets to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with work supervisors and maintain clear communication throughout the scheduling process.
Facilitate the submission of timesheets to the business office for processing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience
1-2 years of progressively more responsible administrative or related experience desired.
Direct scheduling experience preferred.
