Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address specific goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social skills and emotional well-being

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a therapist in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on mental health conditions
- Experience working with individuals with SUD and MH
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Demonstrated expertise in providing various therapy modalities, including individual and group therapy
- Direct support experience, particularly in a mental health or behavioral health setting, is preferred

- Ability to establish rapport with patients and create a safe therapeutic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Empathy and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation effectively
