Job description

Commercial Finance Analyst

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support our manufacturing and distribution client's sales operations by providing important financial insights and analysis. You'll work closely with manufacturing and trading teams to help achieve revenue and profit goals.

Direct Hire Opportunity - Located in the Fort Mill area

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data to provide insights on product performance, market trends, and profitability.

Collaborate with business leaders to track and report on business goals and client profitability.

Conduct monthly reviews of financial results to understand key drivers and risks.

Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for sales and expenses.

Manage customer contracts and work with legal and business teams to oversee sales targets and incentive programs.

Ensure our overseas sales operations meet control and governance standards.

Use tools like Tableau to monitor business performance and control risks.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience in manufacturing and export businesses.

Proficiency with ERP systems (like Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent analytical, project management, and financial skills.

Experience with financial modeling, supply chain coordination, inventory monitoring, and cost control.

Awareness of market trends, foreign exchange rates, and raw material prices for financial analysis.

Familiarity with operations like credit risk management, demand and supply assessment, and contract management.
