Overview:
TIGHITCO, Inc. is an industry leader in the design, fabrication, and assembly of engineered components for aerospace and industrial applications. TIGHITCO is comprised of three divisions - Complex Composite Structures, Insulation Products, and Overhaul Support Services, supported by five facilities located throughout North America. Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage all aspects of program(s) from initiation through its transition into Legacy Production.

Maintain Master Program Schedule of program deliverables, both recurring and non-recurring.

Responsibilities include leading employees, managing suppliers and all customer communication.

Track and manage completion dates of sub-tasks and action items for entire program

Schedule and lead internal meetings to tie in functional areas to the goals and targets of the Program.

Schedule and lead meetings with customers (to the extent allowed by customer).

Be the customer's initial single point of contact for program activity.

When necessary communicate issues to customer and keep open action item lists for critical items and issues

Maintain detailed delivery sheets for customer and Internal Leadership Review.

Interface with personnel of other TIGHITCO facilities as possible suppliers, or final production locations of program.

Responsible for successfully transition of Program to Legacy Production into any of TIGHITCO's facilities.

Assist on Proposal Activity

Administer RFQ's on major outsourced work on Project/Programs.

When necessary, travel to suppliers' and Customers' facilities.

Coordinate and execute all activities required of Customer Program Management Reviews.

In parallel with job responsibilities, participation in PMI's suite of Project/Program Management accreditations

Ability to Travel domestically and internationally (25-50% depending on stage of program)

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles changes, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, meets attendance/punctuality requirements.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA (either graduate or in process) Preferred 2-5 Years Aerospace Experience
