POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing and supervising all aspects of preventative and restorative maintenance of all equipment. They lead the execution of the maintenance plan through developing, implementing, and driving processes to achieve key metrics while closely coaching and developing their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead maintenance technicians on daily work task associated with production issues, building repairs, and general maintenance duties.

Work with Maintenance Technicians on individual career path progress and complete monthly one-on-one meetings.

Manage employee performance, scheduling, and compliance with policies.

Accomplish the assembly and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Audit Maintenance Technicians on their work quality and completion rates.

Create work orders and update all information in CMMS system.

Ensure completion of required pre/post shift paperwork.

Track and monitor machine downtime to continuously improve machine reliability.

Recommend process improvements to Maintenance Manager to achieve operational efficiency.

Update maintenance scorecard weekly and work with technicians to drive the departments performance.

This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.

Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

Invest in and is an example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.

Perform other duties as assigned.

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have a high school diploma or trade/vocational school diploma and at least one-year experience as a Maintenance Technician III.

Must be licensed or trained in welding, electrical, and mechanics.

Applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and perform basic mathematical functions.

Must obtain Forklift and OSHA 10 Certification upon job placement.
