Job description

I am working with a growing and reputable company in Eastern South Dakota that is currently looking for a Design Engineer to join their team.

The duties and requirements of the position include:

• Create drawings on CAD software for custom and standard products.
• Meet design schedules to accommodate production dates.
• Calculate standard costing for design.
• Works with Sales, Purchasing and Production to design products.
• Create Bills of Materials for products.
• Participate in new product development and design.
• BS In Mechanical Engineering preferred and/or experience in product design.
• Experience using Design Software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
