Welcome to Parts Express! We are hiring an Ag Parts Product Development Specialist to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role you will focus on the development of new aftermarket replacement parts, requiring a strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and the ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturers.

Parts Express is a leading aftermarket parts distributor, specializing in a vast range of replacement parts for agricultural and industrial equipment. We cater to dealers and repair shops both domestically and internationally, and we are committed to continuously expanding our product line.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in the development of new aftermarket replacement parts for agricultural and industrial equipment.
• Utilize knowledge of combines, headers, tractors, skid loaders, and other machinery to inform development.
• Identify high-wear parts and assess the models and popularity of machines to prioritize sourcing.
• Collaborate directly with domestic and international manufacturers to ensure quality and supply.
• Identify and address quality issues with parts.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 50 pounds daily and carrying items up to 50 feet.
• Other duties as assigned.

This job is for you if you have:

• Knowledge of agricultural and/or industrial equipment is essential.
• Previous experience in the agricultural or industrial equipment industries.
• Cultural understanding and adaptability to different business styles.
• Strong oral communication skills for effective interaction with manufacturers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in work.
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills for task prioritization.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and ability to collaborate with others.
