Production Support/Mechanical Tech.

Job Title: Production Support/Mechanical Tech.

Department: Production Support

Reports To: Production Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary

Work closely with Manufacturing to support the throughput and improve operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Review tanks next up in our schedule and make sure we have all the parts, tools, and equipment to efficiently Manufacture the tank

Review and work on any current issues production runs into to efficiently produce the tank.

Work on short term and long-term process improvement projects.

Manage and implement automation/Robots.

Assist with Quality Control throughout Manufacturing Process

Assist with managing the Manufacturing of tanks

Assist with managing throughput

Assist Leads for leading their areas

Assist with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures

Consult with manufacturing to resolve questions or misunderstandings

Consult with quality control to ensure correctness of product

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Education & Experience

Associate's Degree in Engineering

or

3 + years' experience
