Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Experience: 5 years as a paralegal.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong legal research and writing skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in legal technology.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in legal procedures, laws, and technology.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex legal issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective communication of case updates and legal advice to clients.

Required Experience and Education:


  • Paralegal Certificate or Degree preferred; significant experience considered.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Notary certification preferred.
