SUMMARY

Pay: 18/hr and up

Ensure the overall implementation of quality of programs and services are provided in accordance with all federal, state and corporate standards and regulations. Shall assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Participate and/or follow state wide identified systems and processes of the development and implementation of the ISP and all related documents and follow up.
  • Participate in client selection/admission/discharge and enrollment as needed.
  • Weekly and monthly reports to local operations.
  • In-service all homes as needed on various topics as directed by the LBA.
  • Participate in response plan of corrections for Licensing and Certification.
  • Provide data regarding behavioral objectives for Program Managers and LBA.
  • Provide staff training through orientation and ongoing in-services as directed by your supervisor.
  • Serve as an advocate for the clients.
  • Attend house meeting when appropriate or needed.
  • Attend ISP meetings when deemed necessary.
  • Participate in training to continually improve expertise in field of developmentally disabled.
  • Perform internal investigations to submit to state as requested.
  • Obtain ongoing supervision for a minimum of five percent of the hours you spend providing behavior-analytic services each calendar month.
  • Observe, provide behavioral skills training, and deliver performance feedback to employees working with the clients.
  • Participate in on call supports for behavioral crises as needed.
  • Model technical, professional, and ethical behavior.
  • Guide the development of problem-solving and ethical decision-making repertoires
  • Review written materials (e.g., daily progress notes, data sheets) for information related to behavioral goals and interventions.
  • Oversee and evaluate the effects of behavior-analytic service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of the effects of supervision.
  • Complete other duties assigned.

EDUCATION

High school graduate who has completed a 40 hour training course and exam for RBT. Having maintained their certification by ongoing supervision by a BCBA-D, BCBA, or BCaBA. Experience in lieu of certification may be considered. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years' experience working with Intellectual and Developmental Delayed Individuals. A valid Tennessee driver's license with ability to get F endorsement.

COMPETENCIES

Structure of supervision. Supervision must include at least two face-to-face, real-time contacts per month (i.e., supervision may not occur over the phone or via email). Your supervisor must observe you providing services in at least one of the monthly meetings. In-person, on-site observation is preferred. However, these may be conducted via web cameras, video-conferencing, or similar means instead of your supervisor being physically present.
