Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, an affiliate of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, is currently seeking a General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist to serve our pediatric patients in Columbia, TN! Columbia's downtown offers charming shops, cool eateries, fun events and artistic vibes. Located 1 hour from Nashville and 40 minutes from Franklin, TN. You will not run out of things to do!

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure
Pediatric Certificate, if applicable
Active state-specific anesthesia restricted 2 license (to be able to administer nitrous oxide)
Other certifications as required by state to include: DEA, CPR, PALS.
No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board
