Job description

Proficiency with reviewing, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets, presentation software and working efficiently in multiple data bases. Supervise a team of 8 to 12 contract staff, ensure they complete their data collection and data entry assignments daily, ensure all assignments and task are completed in a timely manner. The contract manager is expected to attend all staff and management meetings, take any required trainings, while ensuring all staff attend any staff meeting and take any required trainings. The contract manager will work closely with the Admin. to ensure all duties are being met and to develop a smooth-running mail hub for the Client:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). 2 - 4 Years Experience in Office work/Clerical work.
