Description

  • Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, working closely with superintendents to set operational priorities.
  • Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
  • Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.

Profile

  • 5+ years of previous experience working with a Commercial Contractor
  • Experience as Project Manager on commercial, educational, historic, hospitality, and/or public projects
  • Must have experience running projects from start to finish
  • Able to communicate and be organized
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
  • Experience managing teams is a plus
  • Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
