Job description

Mobile Therapy Centers is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team. As the Clinical Manager of Speech Therapy Services, you will be responsible for supervising a team of speech-language pathologists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will provide support to clients, and staff as needed. While also promoting speech therapy awareness, and collaboration within client teams, and global clinic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Training of new (discipline specific) clinic staff on entry/exit procedures and general workplace policies (as needed).
Oversee clinic maintenance, appearance, suggested repairs, supplies and service needs (as needed).
Maintain caseload productivity requirements approx. 25 hours/week completed sessions adjusted based on regional mobile needs.
Suggestions for development and implementation of improved and efficient clinic office policies and procedures.
Complete daily documentation within EMR
Weekly meeting with SLP clinic team members to collaborate and review clinic client goal relevance and status, related BIP strategies, share cueing supports and update treatment plans/schedule and designate primary evaluators as needed.
Meet 1:1 with supervisees/direct reports to provide mentorship and guidance on caseload needs.
Meet 1:1 with supervisor to provide update to over scope of clinic(s), clients and staffing needs.
Responsible for suggesting discipline specific ordering of clinic therapeutic supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology program.
Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competence or proof of completion of required externship hours and proof of COMPs for the start of a Clinical Fellowship in Speech/Language Pathology (CFSLP, SLP)
Minimum of 2 years experience required
Permanent or Temporary State License
Able to organize schedule and workload tasks independently and efficiently
Treats co-workers and facility staff professionally and with respect
Uses proper grammar, punctuation and spelling in written communications
Uses technology to enhance job performance
Uses behavior guided by ethical standards
Presents a professional appearance in standard of dress and grooming, appropriate for one's position.
