Payroll Manager

Our client, a growing services company, is looking to add an outgoing Payroll Manager to their team. The Payroll Manager will be an integral part of the team in handling payroll and benefits tasks. This role requires great communication, customer service, and knowledge of payroll fundamentals.

This role is fully onsite in Franklin, Tennessee.

What you will be doing as the Payroll Manager:

• Oversight and review of the day-to-day payroll processing to ensure accuracy
• Benefits management, onboarding of new hires, etc.
• Communication with employees for questions and discrepancies
• High volume multi-state biweekly payroll
• Maintain up to date knowledge on state, federal, and local guidelines

Qualifications of the Payroll Manager:

• Must be payroll certified (CPP or FPC)
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Bachelor's degree
• Supervisory experience required
