Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067 (Onsite on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Remote on Thursday, Friday.)
Overview:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is an essential team member focused on data entry and administrative support within our supply chain systems. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with ERP systems. This position involves maintaining accurate data, supporting basic order tracking, and ensuring smooth, day-to-day supply chain operations.
Essential Functions:
Accurately enter and update data related to supply orders, inventory records, and vendor information in our ERP system
Set up and maintain supplier accounts in the ERP system, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
Assist with data validation and error-checking processes to ensure the highest accuracy
Provide field support for ERP system users as needed, helping troubleshoot basic issues
Coordinate the review and reconciliation of invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable, preparing records for leadership review
Promptly identify and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably involving ERP system usage
Minimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain
Minimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferred
ERP system experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel:
This is a Full-Time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m.
Travel is not expected for this position.
