Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • CFS is working with a company to identify a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! Fluent in Spanish + English
  • The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role will be with a small, fun, outgoing, and hardworking team!
  • The ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail!
  • This position starts as 100% in office until trained up enough to work a hybrid schedule. $19.00 per hour.

Overview of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role:

  • Handle an array of customer inquires
  • Swiftly gather and enter customer data
  • Request documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
  • Research customer issues and inquires
  • Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
  • Collect and enter customer feedback
  • Email correspondence with customers and internal team members

Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role:

  • Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Light Excel skills - Data Entry, Spreadsheets
  • Desire to meeting key phone metrics
  • Willingness to be a supportive team player
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Can fully pass a background check and drug screen
