Description

  • Supervise daily on-site field operations, including labor, subcontractors, and assistants.
  • Support Project Manager and Executive in managing construction efforts per design, budget, quality, and schedule.
  • Provide technical assistance for construction methods, equipment, and systems (MEP).
  • Inspect subcontractor work for contract compliance.
  • Review and approve subcontractor payment applications with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and partners.
  • Develop and manage the site logistics plan.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and site testing.
  • Monitor costs related to labor and materials.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure an Injury-Free Environment.
  • Manage schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Submit daily reports documenting site conditions and progress.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and attend project meetings.
  • Provide training and support for field staff and engineers.

Profile

  • 8+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed Commercial projects greater than $5 Million (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
