Responsibilities: As Night Supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks: Responsible for security and guest care at night Responsible for the closing of the day Responsible for reception activities at night Invoicing and accounting Ensuring a welcoming check-in and check-out for our guests Other tasks include all administrative and operational tasks As Night Supervisor we are looking for: Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and experience in the front office area of the upscale hotel industry Sense of responsibility, teamwork, organizational skills and good time management Good IT and PMS skills Very good communication skills - guests will contact you with both complaints and positive feedback Resilience and flexibility - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts Excellent manners, open-minded, well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma Very good knowledge of Italian and English, other foreign languages an advantage Privacy Policy for processing personal data:
