Business Systems Analyst - M1 - RAMS Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Manager for Records Administration & Management Services (RAMS) in support of BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and the MyNavy Enterprise Perform day-to-day analyst and management activities, including issue resolution, coordination of initiatives, schedule management, personnel supervision, and reporting. Identify and report project issues. Qualify each issue; perform an analysis of alternatives for issue resolution, track progress towards completion in weekly and monthly status reports (WSR & MSR) and report resolution of each issue. Will directly supervise Service Contract Act (SCA) hourly employees. Tasks varied depending on work center assigned. Will support the process of receiving digital and hardcopy (paper), document preparing, scanning, validation, and verification to place valid, authorized documents into the OMPF. Provide Core Records support. Troubleshoot issues affecting the generation of media (CD's), support the CD Tower and Record Review room, and provide copies of documents from record as requested. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all functions in work center and update for changes. Make determination of information disclosure based on Privacy Act of 1974. Assist in performing quality control reviews. Plans/establishes or works to achieve goals and objectives for a team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results of the department (e.g., less than 1 year). May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports. You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Required to work on customer site. Requires active SECRET Clearance. Knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules and/or EMPRS, PERSTEMPO Help Desk and/or Message Center operations. Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
