Principal Accountabilities

• Operate and monitor the meat blending equipment.

• Add spices and ingredients that are supplied by the Spice Operator

Required Qualifications

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or visa sponsored by a third-party employer.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Basic math knowledge.

• Must be able to lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs. and frequently lift objects weighing 10-25 lbs.

• Must be able to work in cold temperatures and stand/move for the entire duration of the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production and/or machine operator experience.

• Previous food manufacturing experience.

• Recent related work history.
