About Lacuna Autism Services:

At Lacuna, we're not just a company-we're a movement dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children with autism. We're on a mission to empower the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who make it all possible. We know you're the backbone of our success, and we're here to support your passion for applied behavior analysis, your dedication to our clients, and the amazing victories we'll celebrate together.

And guess what? We're offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!

As we grow in Nashville, we're on the lookout for talented BCBAs who are ready to jump in and make a lasting impact. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, we've got a spot just for you.

The Three Cornerstones of Every Lacuna Clinician:
Clinical Excellence: Be the master of your craft, because excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
Personal Virtue: Bring your best self to the table-integrity and accountability are key.
Passion: Your passion fuels the link between excellence and virtue, driving us all toward success.

What You'll Do:

We're searching for a rockstar BCBA to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of Lacuna in Tennessee. Here's how you'll shine:
Lead and inspire a team of Registered Behavior Technicians while overseeing cutting-edge clinical programs.
Conduct Initial Assessments and craft top-notch Functional Behavior Assessments.
Create and deliver parent training programs that truly make a difference.
Mentor and support RBTs with compassion and expertise.
Develop, manage, and refine progress reports and treatment plans that wow.
Collaborate with our billing, coding, and insurance teams to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Need:
A Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
A valid BCBA Certification.
The right licensure to practice in your state (because we're all about doing things right).
Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate.
Stellar communication skills, both spoken and written.
A burning desire to deliver superior services and make a real impact.

What You'll Get From Us:
Compensation that's above market-because we know your worth.
Quarterly and Monthly Bonuses-because who doesn't love extra rewards?
Flexibility to create a schedule that works for you.
The time and space to focus on what really matters-clinical outcomes.
Paid holidays and vacation-because work-life balance is a must!
