Job description

What does a 2024 job as a Chiropractor look like? _Are you an owner_, carrying the weight of marketing, HR, management, patient care, patient retention, struggling to gain momentum and working around the clock? Of the 20+ doctors on staff in our organization, some are owner operators, some are former owners that wanted some help and some are aspiring owners learning to lead their own practice. 5 Key Responsibilities:

_- Key Holder._ This means you are the first one at the office and the last one to leave most days (we're open 25-30 hours a week).

_- Problem Solver._ Sometimes things go unexpected and when they do you look for solutions and positive outcomes.

_- Great Communicator. _The patients need to understand what we have and how it can solve their problems. The staff may have questions and need help. Communication is one of the greatest strengths of our best doctors!

_- Master technician._ It should go without saying but being a world class doctor is high on our list. We train weekly and our leader/CEO has some of the best hands and brain combo you'll find. We must have a highly trained doctor with experience and understanding of Chiropractic at our clinics.

_- Top Producer. _We are a competitive and winning group and our lead doctors like to lead the stats. Our teams are rewarded for hard work and it's not always about the collections. We measure reviews, new patients, cleanliness of the clinic, and more. However, to go far in our careers we find that the best DR's have a strong bend to win!

Doctor's Compensation:

- First, we pay our Doctors a strong Salary. Then, we have set bonuses and profit sharing. Base pay is between $80k and up to around $108k. This is based on where our clinic is located, the DR's experience and the how long you've been with us.
- Second, we have both a monthly team bonus that ranges from $1500-3000. This is where the DR's, Front Desk, Techs, GM's - everyone wins when we have a great month.
- Finally, we offer a profit share model where our DR's get up to 20% of the store profits! Ultimately, if the goal of the Chiropractor is to have their own practice - we have a path for that too.

Common Questions:

Q: Do we offer Marketing? Or is this something Doctors are supposed to generate on their own.

A: We have a full in-house team of web development, social and digital marketing, copy, creative and management for our marketing. Every practice get's a certain amount of leads that desire care. It's the doctors job to nurture that process.

Q: How do measure results or success?

A: Our Doctors have bi-monthly coaching calls where we review about 8 different metrics that are easy to understand and follow. If we are ahead or behind, we discuss why and make sure that the clinic has the best chance of success.

Q: How many people work at the clinic?

A: Every clinic is different. For new clinics or one's going through a fresh start we have a 6 month ramp up where it is the Doctor and a Front Desk. After breakthrough, we quickly put a tech in the office and then from there we add DR's and techs as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
