Dedicated is currently hiring a Lead Generation Specialist(link removed)>This position will work at our facility in Old Hickory, TN performing the following duties:




  • This position makes outbound calls to prospects for MRI and CT system sales, leasing, service, and parts for Advanced and Dedicated Imaging. Researching the territorial markets, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Generate qualified leads through cold-calling targeted accounts

    Responsible and accountable for personal results

    Call new leads derived from provided lists, referrals, tradeshows and advertising campaigns

    Follow up on contracts, warranty of current customer accounts for potential additional service

    Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion

    Set appointments for Sales Departments of equipment, service, and parts

    Use Salesforce CRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area

    Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall campaigns.

    Research demographics of the target areas of medical facilities

    EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    Two or more years telemarketing/phone sales experience

    Experience using CRM/sales software preferred, Salesforce

    Microsoft word proficient

    Basic knowledge of the medical equipment and/or industry helpful

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    This position may work in an office/warehouse setting or from a remote location. Travel may be required for occasional situations. State and Federal training may be required upon on-boarding.
