The Schneider Electric Cross-Functional Leadership Development Program offers early career and recent graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework based on our 3E development model - Education, Exposure, and Experience. The goal of the program is to develop a diverse skill set to prepare the next generation of Schneider Electric leaders. You will gain exposure to cross-functional roles and executive leadership in both technical and business domains, which will help you to build a strong network and prepare you for a future in leadership at one of the Most Sustainable Corporations in the world.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Contribute to three different cross-functional full-time roles in a hybrid work environment (each role is a 12-month commitment)
  • Challenge yourself with opportunities and projects that facilitate the growth of skills and capabilities needed to build your career path on a leadership track

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Demonstrated academic success in Engineering, Computer Science, and/or Business; STEM profiles preferred but not required
  • Technical internship experience preferred, but candidates must have less than two years of relevant industry experience to be considered early career and applicable for the program
  • Evidence of leadership experience in class projects, student organizations, and/or previous jobs; a desire and aptitude to accelerate towards cross functional leadership roles
  • Aptitude and/or demonstration of high learning agility - ability to learn quickly in changing environments
  • Willingness to relocate and travel. Your first position will be in one of our Hub locations: Nashville, Raleigh, Boston, or Dallas. The company provides financial relocation assistance
  • This program is unable to provide visa support for international candidates, now or in the future.
