What You'll Do

We are merging NAMR Career & Executive Services (CES) and Alumni Relations to create a seamless, high-impact function that supports employees as they establish careers beyond BCG and maintain strong connections with them as alumni and potential clients. We are excited to launch this reimagined organization in early 2025.

The Senior Director for Career and Alumni Services will play a pivotal role in this transformation, assisting with the design and scoping activities, and then will be responsible for the execution of the new function. Success in this role will require strong communication and collaboration skills to guide the function through significant change management efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to building a future-focused organization for NAMR and be a strong partner in building these capabilities around the world. They will ensure that high service levels of executive career advisory, employee career coaching, and alumni engagement are maintained across the board while positioning the function - and BCG for long-term success.
This position is part of the broader CT People Team and will oversee a team of 25 employees across the function, including 4-6 direct reports. The Senior Director will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence as we embark on this exciting transformation.
