Manager Job Description:


Responsible for the daily on-site support of printer devices. Responds to customer requests for technical support and training with the focus being on customer service. Documents all service calls and requests into system. Works to ensure that the service level agreements between the customer and RICOH are achieved. In addition, responsibilities include management of an on-site parts/consumables inventory. The manager is looking for someone with technical experience that relates to this role. There is extensive lifting and walking. Required to lift no more than 50 lbs If more than 50 lbs. assistance will be provided. Driving is required as there is a possibility that they will need to travel to multiple locations during a work day. The client is Ascension Health. The worksite location is 2000 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37236 United States and free parking is available.

Responsible for managing fleets of business document output devices (printers, copiers, and fax machines) at customer locations. Focuses on maximizing uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction while minimizing costs. Manages inventory, device service, and supports ongoing site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor fleet program to maintain performance standards and meet client requirements.
  • Engage resources to anticipate and resolve problems.
  • Act as a supporting interface with outside contractors for performance issues.
  • Manage inventory of key parts and supplies and monitor parts procurement and distribution.
  • Coordinate machine moves, removals, and new installations.
  • Track machine lease expiration and end-of-service dates.
  • Collect and validate periodic meter readings.
  • Update Fleet Management databases and generate reports.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide industry trend overviews.
  • Support national program implementation and field training.
  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager with operations support.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with large-scale fleet implementations is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of printers and multi-function devices.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project/program management experience with customer service success.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with modest physical effort required.
