Overview of the Staff Accountant:

• Compiling and analyzing data to create budgets and reports
• Process accounts payables and receivables
• The Staff Accountant will perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Will be using ERP software, reconciling to the G/L, generating reports and identifying errors or potential liability, properly applying credit memos to each respective jurisdiction
• Prepare documents for audits, conduct month end and year end close, and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
• The position requires a someone who is able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The Staff Accountant will handle project accounting responsibilities.
