You are invited to join Team CFM! Who we are looking for: Floor Care Tech Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am Location: Smyrna, TN Department: Operations Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor Summary: Candidate will strip/ wax/ buff floors throughout the Nissan manufacturing plant. Carpet extraction and care. Operating carpet rotary. Responsibilities Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming • Machine Scrub floors (All Floors) • Other cleaning duties as needed. Qualifications • Must pass drug screen and background check. • A strong work ethic • The ability to work alone or within a team is a must Training will be provided. Education/Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Six months of facilities experience preferred Six months of manufacturing experience preferred Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
