IT Program Manager V

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager V for an opportunity in Addison, TX !

Position Title: IT Program Manager V

Location: Addison, TX Chandler, AZ Kennesaw, GA

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ON-SITE

Pay Range: $60/hr -$68/hr .

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. A Delivery Lead is an individual contributor at the program level.

Responsibilities:

  • 5-7 years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget
  • Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives
  • Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments
  • Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements
  • Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress
  • Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)
  • Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met
  • Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams.
  • Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results
