Role

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for executing and managing marketing communication activities that promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role focuses on hands-on development of marketing materials, managing content calendars, and ensuring smooth implementation of communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excels at delivering results through execution rather than strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Execute Communication Campaigns:
Implement marketing communication plans across multiple platforms (digital, print, and media) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

Content Development & Distribution:
Create and distribute marketing materials, including press releases, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, website content, social media posts, and presentations, while ensuring brand consistency.

Public Relations Support:
Assist with media outreach, press release distribution, and securing media coverage for the company's activities and announcements.

Content Calendar Management:
Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure deadlines are met and all marketing materials are delivered on schedule.

Social Media Execution:
Create and post content for social media platforms, ensuring engagement with audiences and consistent growth in online presence.

Campaign Execution & Reporting:
Work with the team to execute marketing campaigns, track results, and report on campaign performance using key metrics, providing feedback on areas of improvement.

Internal Communications Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements, ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Event Support:
Assist with the execution and promotion of events such as webinars, trade shows, and internal/external company events, including the development of related marketing materials.

Project Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of communication projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, designers, agencies) to ensure that marketing materials are produced and delivered as needed.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.

3+ years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role focused on execution and project management.

Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing and social media tools.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a focus on task completion.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience with Google Analytics.
