Job Type: Full Time (19.5months)
Location: TX - Remote
Pay Rate: $85.57 - $ 89.16

Education:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for team coordination.

Skill Requirements

  • Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployment experience.

  • Engineering design for outside plant projects.

  • Outside plant construction experience.

  • Cable sizing, cable counts, and cable records management.

  • Experience in permitting for right of ways and easements.

  • Proficiency in engineering tools like FROGS/Spatial Engineer, Adobe, Microsoft Word/Excel.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience related to outside plant, preferable in a local exchange environment.

Job Summary

The candidate will work as a FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Network Engineer III responsible for engineering telecommunications outside plant projects. They will handle tasks such as cable sizing and record maintenance while coordinating with various departments and utilities for project design and construction.



Pay Details: $85.57 to $89.16 per hour
