Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for calling on dairies and calf ranches across Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the agricultural sector and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our feed and nutritional products
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide strategic insights to product development based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and attend industry events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in the dairy or livestock nutrition space
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the multi-state territory (50% )
