Job description

Our well established Client is seeking a tenacious and experienced Project Manager to be based on-site in Mountain Home, AR to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of ultra-custom residential construction projects from Phase 1 through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering exceptional, bespoke homes in a rural setting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule

Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, project engineers, designers, and internal work teams

Manage communication, coordination, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and risk management

Work hands-on in beautiful, open landscapes to create truly custom living experiences

Assess and address key challenges in order to streamline operations and ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee the creation of one-of-a-kind, high-end homes tailored to the client's vision.

Requirements

Associate's Degree or Certification in Construction Management or similar area of study

Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field

Proficiency with Apple products/Mac and Construction Management Software

CAD skills and vast knowledge of all aspects of construction (electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, code, etc.)

Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service skills

Tenacity and integrity

Advantageous:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Administration/Management

Benefits

Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000

Annual performance-based bonus
