Assitant Purchasing Manager & Plans Manager

POSITION:


  • Experience with residential construciton prefer production experience
  • Background with architecture and/or drafting
  • Managing, tracking, and coordinating plans and plan changes
  • Tracking progress throgh the consultants and team
  • Assist in conducting regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites. Assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
