Your Next Opportunity:
Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Implement Interventions: Use a play-based approach to tailor interventions to each child's interests and strengths.
Supervise and Train: Guide and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate: Work closely with families and other professionals for a holistic approach.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress.
What You Bring:
BCBA Certification: Current and in good standing.
Experience: At least 2 years working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Skills: Expertise in developing and monitoring behavioral programs for complex needs (e.g., feeding, toileting, high-intensity behavior).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passion: A drive to make a positive impact and help clients reach their full potential.
